We listed on Jan. 8 and received an offer on April 8. There were 19 showing and even though they are disruptive that is the only way to sell your home. We really tried to be more than cooperative by never saying no and having the house spotless and staged perfectly for a sale.
We judge that you have two (2) super stars on your team. They are Beth, who always left our home perfect after she showed it and looked forward to her showings. The other one is Collette. She was our contact and she was great.
Our original thought was to get a 12 month rental until we decided whether to buy or not. Every Monday we could count on a very complete and comprehensive list of rentals in the area. So appreciated the professional and dependable actions on her part. She was easy to work with and communicate with.

This letter is written to express our thoughts regarding the recent sale of our home that your company handled. When we were going to list our home on the water, we knew that you all would be the best group to handle the sale. As it turns out, we were not mistaken. As you are aware, our home sold in six days and we received almost all of our asking price.
